Alison is a frequent conference speaker and moderator. Her recent engagements include the Women's Forum for the Economy and Society in Deauville, France, the Echo Research Summit on Responsible Leadership in London, and Chatham House's Sense & Sustainability conference, also in London.
In 2007, Alison joined The Conference Board, one of the world's leading business membership and research organizations, as European Council Director for Work Life & Diversity. In this consulting role, she leads the Conference Board Europe's meeting programme on diversity and inclusion and helps to shape its research.
Her previous conference speaking events have included the OECD Forum in Paris, the Business for Social Responsibility conference in Los Angeles, and the Institute for Business Ethics 20th anniversary symposium in London. She moderated at the annual Women's Forum in both 2006 and 2007.
